Born in 1995 in Correggio, a small town in the Italian province of Reggio Emilia, Warrant Group is the result of the expertise and experience of Warrant Consulting and the dynamism and enterprising spirit of Dimensione Finanza. When, the two firms joined forces in early 1995, they decided to embark on a joint development project focussing on soft financing for businesses.
Much has changed in Warrant Group since those early beginnings. In 2008, the group’s external growth policy and strong international momentum led to its acquisition of Multitecnica, a company operating in Italy’s Piedmont region which specialises in the soft loans sector, followed, the year after, by Agré International, a leading international firm with offices in Mumbai, India, and in Timisoara, Romania.
On the other hand though, the need to provide complete and global consulting services for business development, also led Warrant Group to review its structure and its approach to the market, adopting a new organisation covering six business areas: Soft Financing, Corporate Finance, Technology Transfer, Human Resources and Internationalisation, alongside the Research Department.
Meanwhile, increased internal resources led the group to relocate to new headquarters, moving into two of Correggio’s most beautiful historical buildings, Palazzo degli Spagnoli and Palazzo Grisendi.
